Not a darn thing, that's what. Kevin wasn't hungry and I didn't want anything that was in the refrigerator. So I went to our snack cabinet and noticed these GoPicnic meals that I bought at Costco a while back. The pack had two of the turkey stick meals and two of the hummus meals... I thought they could be good for skiing or plane trips. They're gluten free, and all/mostly natural -- as in, you can actually pronounce all of the ingredients. So, I busted out the Turkey Stick and Crunch and it was actually really good! 300 calories and the sodium content isn't as high as you might expect for no-refrigeration-needed.... only 10% of the daily value. I am noticing that the meal in my box is different from what is listed on their website, so I'm not sure if they've changed things up since I bought it. They now have a cookie instead of a hunk of dark chocolate, grr. But, it was very good and would be great for on-the-go. You can also buy them at Amazon.com in 6 packs.
